My Introduction - Who I Am and My Story

Those of you who have been devastated by the outcome of a simple herpes test will know what I am talking about when I say this. Life is over as you know it after you find out you have herpes. I'm not being melodramatic. Instead of going out on Friday and Saturday nights I stayed home with Google trying to learn everything there is to know about herpes.

For the most part all the information was the same. The sites are clearly created to make you feel better about being a disease carrying outcast. They tell you how you can still live a quality life living with herpes. None of them helped me feel better about going out socializing with the prospect of having to tell a potential romantic partner that I had herpes. Needless to say the sites did little to help me deal with herpes. They seemed to be preparing me for the inevitable. They appeared to have one goal, to get me to accept a life with herpes. I could have stopped researching at those sites.

I didn't accept the norm. I kept researching though all the information was the same. I donated to the University of Florida on several occasions hoping that one day the information would change. I read blog after blog about herpes and supposed herpes cures and nothing changed. I tried Resolve and MMS and I only succeeded in making my outbreaks worse. I was beginning to believe that herpes was truly "the gift that keeps on giving," until I finally managed to stumble across some controversial methods way back in the Google search pages.

I told the author of the controversial website I would share the cure with the whole world if it worked.

I'm sharing it now and keeping my word despite the fact that I could just as easily go about my life as if I never had herpes. I considered it a blessing when I found the truth about herpes. I was very skeptical at first but I did my homework and got my doctor involved and there was and is sufficient evidence that herpes is a medical scam or at least a medical deficiency. I'm giving you the same chance now that was given me, and that is my only debt to you and society as far as I am concerned.

Natural Treatments for Herpes

Before I found ways to cure my herpes, I discovered an array of methods to naturally treat them. Here are the most effective things I did:

I learned from her which foods to eat that discourage outbreaks. She explained to me that to be able to keep the virus at bay I would have to make some major changes in my lifestyle. She showed me what she uses and how to get rid of genital herpes or at least control it.

The combination of the following is what works for me and best of all without side affects.

1. I pay close attention to my hygiene, more than I ever did before. Now don't get me wrong; I was not a dirty person but there are different ways of being clean.

2. I make sure that my underwear are only cotton. I use organic based laundry detergent just for my underwear and I only sun dry them.

3. I don't wear heavy or tight pants or jeans and I change them often.

4. I use an herbal based, non-toxic and odorless product from Australia called "Dynamiclear." This is a topically applied product.

5. I stopped using sugar completely because sugar acts as a fertiliser for the herpes virus and it's also hard on the kidneys. Instead of sugar, I use unfiltered, organic raw honey in moderation. Honey is known for its antiseptic qualities.

6. To boost my immune system I use a "non-synthetic" blend of vitamins and minerals. I also take amino acids and a variety of herbal teas.

7. Avoid stress as much as possible. I noticed that when I am stressed out the virus starts to resurface. Stress breakes down the immune system. To combat stress, I set aside 30 minutes a day to listen to some meditative music or sounds of nature.

During my years of research of the herpes virus I have learned of many more helpful ways of keeping the virus at bay. To avoid the side effects and the dangers of prescription drugs, I only searched for natural treatments. I hope you find this helpful.

Getting Rid of Herpes Without Antiviral Pills

Herpes is a viral disease and one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases in the world today. It is caused by either the herpes simplex virus type one (HSV-1) which causes oral herpes or the herpes simplex virus type two (HSV-2) which causes genital herpes. HSV-1 is more common and much less mild. However, it causes very unsightly warts and blisters on the face, mainly in or around the mouth. HSV-2 is generally more severe and occurs in and around the pubic regions, including the genitalia and the upper thigh. Both herpes strains can be treated in similar ways. They both work generally in the same way, just in different areas.

Herpes is said to be incurable by doctors and health professionals that practice traditional medicine(which is NOT true). There a few reasons for this. One reason is that herpes is known to remain in the body for life. When there is a herpes outbreak, the concentration of herpes viruses in the body increases. In theory, when the outbreak is fading away, the concentration decreases. When the outbreak is finally over, the herpes virus does not leave the body. It goes and hides in the base of the brain and the spinal cord. It is hard to find the viruses after they have gone into hiding, which is why modern medicine has failed to find a cure for herpes - however, using natural remedies for herpes can prove to be very useful, and thousands have already cured their condition despite what their doctors have told them.

All they have are herpes treatment options, which will decrease the discomfort caused by the outbreaks. These include several antiviral pills to take and numerous creams and lotions to apply directly on the affected areas. However, these come with many side effects and will not get you the results you need.

There are many other ways you can treat your herpes that includes not taking those pills. Many of these natural remedies are just simple ways that will keep your body healthy. You should be doing these things whether you have herpes or not. This involves keeping the immune system healthy. With a weak immune system, your body will not be able to fight off viral infections and the herpes outbreaks will hurt you more. What are some ways to strengthen your immune system? One way is to maintain a very good diet. Eat lots of protein and fruits and veggies. Cut back on junk food and other processed foods. Another way is to get moderate exercise. Go for a run, even just walk to some place rather than driving, and you will not only find your immune system healthier, but you will also have less stress.

The ACTUAL Methods That Cured My Herpes

As I mentioned in my introduction, I made a promise to myself that I would share the cure for my herpes if it worked. This is me paying it forward now.

Even if this were to only help a single person with their battle with herpes, I will be happy knowing that I played a small part in the fight against it.

I have not had a single outbreak for years since I have used the methods listed below. My self esteem has finally improved to the point where I can now comfortably go out without fear. While I am still nervous about the whole dating scene, I am more relaxed and "myself," knowing that I do not have anything to be ashamed about anymore. I know what it's like to have herpes, and the uncomfortableness associated with having to tell partners about it. I have seen many amazing people disappear from my life because of it. It sucks, and it hurts.

My hope now is that you'll find the same resolution as I have. My life may not be perfect right now, but I'm infinitely more happier now than I ever have been.

Here are the only two methods I personally used to cure my herpes. They may be a bit controversial, but I've found that the best results in anything in life often involve a little out of the box thinking.

1) Science-based method reducing viral pathogens

2) Dr. Christine Buehler's innovative method
