As I mentioned in my introduction, I made a promise to myself that I would share the cure for my herpes if it worked. This is me paying it forward now.
Even if this were to only help a single person with their battle with herpes, I will be happy knowing that I played a small part in the fight against it.
I have not had a single outbreak for years since I have used the methods listed below. My self esteem has finally improved to the point where I can now comfortably go out without fear.
